Return/Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Returns will be provided only in rare cases within 1 day of its delivery. Please contact our customer support team via email within 1 day of its delivery to help you further in your case. Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. The customer will have to ship the product back to our warehouse on their own behalf. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their invoices intact.

Cancellation Policy:

However if the order is cancelled within a day's time subject to product not dispatched we will refund your payments. Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

Damaged/Defective Products Received:

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and you may call us at +91 8879658654 (10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. / 7 days a week), or write an e-mail to mentioning your order reference number. We will make our best possible efforts to solve the issue and to achieve 100 % customer satisfaction.
